Courtney Lynn is a native of Carleton, MI, and although she’s a Northerner, she loves Southern Gospel Music. While she has sung for her community and in front of her church for most of her life, she really began taking her music seriously when asked to come and be a guest singer at a Gospel Concert several years ago.
Since then, Courtney has been making her debut as a Southern Gospel Soloist, singing and traveling wherever the Lord leads her.
Her desire to serve Him and to better vocal abilities has also led her to the Christian Music Conference (held in Murray, KY) for three years, where she has had the privilege to study under such names as Danny Funderburk, former tenor of the cathedral Quartet. She has even had the opportunity to open for the Booth Brothers in concert.
Courtney truly feels that music and using her vocal talent for His Glory is where the Lord is calling her. She plans to continue pursuing her Southern Gospel Music in years to come, and believes that “Nothing touches the heart like a heart-felt gospel song.”
